Set it and forget it. Choose between one, two or three classes per week and let your membership renew automatically every four weeks. You’ll have the right amount of classes for your lifestyle at the best price.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
Here is everything you need to know about your HYPE Spin Studio auto-renew membership.
GENERAL TERMS
Your auto-renew membership renews every four weeks. Your credit card will be charged and you will receive a fresh batch of passes.
You can use your passes any time within each four week term. Any passes you don’t use expire at the end of the term.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide refunds or transfers on auto-renew memberships. If you’d like to cancel your membership, please let us know at least three business days before it is set to renew.
PAUSES
We offer two full-term pauses per year on your auto-renew membership. Each pause must be for the full four-week term, and you can use your pauses consecutively.
Please let us know if you have unique circumstances around your pause request (such as a surgery or medical issue). We can sometimes make exceptions on pause lengths.
Email hello@hypespinstudio.com at least three business days before you need your membership paused or ask our front desk team to pause your membership when you are at the studio.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your auto-renew membership anytime after you complete your first three terms. You must complete three terms before we can cancel your membership.
To cancel, please email hello@hypespinstudio.com at least three business days before your next renewal date.
Please keep in mind, if you cancel your membership and decide to restart it in the future, your new membership is subject to our current pricing.
We kindly ask that you send us an email rather than a DM to make sure we receive your request in time.
