Studio policies

Our studio policies are in place to help us create a smooth, fair and enjoyable experience for all of our clients. If you have any questions about our policies, please contact the studio. We’re happy to help!

Late arrivals

Please arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before your class. This will give you time to secure your belongings, put on your shoes and set up properly for your class.

Unfortunately we can’t let anyone into a class late.

The spin room is dark, so once class has started, setting up your bike safely becomes difficult.

Late arrivals are also disruptive to the experience of other participants.

We start class right on time, so if you aren’t in the spin room at least two minutes before class time, you would be considered late.

Waitlist

Once a class fills up, we provide a waitlist in case of cancellations.

After you sign up for the waitlist (through Punchpass), you will receive an email if you are added to class.

Please note it’s your responsibility to check your email to see if you’ve been added to a class.

Please make sure you are receiving emails from hello@vibecycleedson.com (and they aren’t landing in your junk folder).

Once you’ve been added to a class, our regular cancellation policy will apply.

If you are no longer able to attend a class and you are on the waitlist, make sure you remove yourself from the list to avoid a no-show or late cancellation charge.

In the spin room

A class at HYPE is a chance to be present in the moment and present in your body. It’s an opportunity for you and the other class participants to leave everything outside the door and be ‘in-the-zone’ for 45 minutes.

That’s why we intend for the spin room to be a No Phone Zone.

Of course, if you need to have your phone with you, that’s okay. But, we ask that you put it on silent and tuck it away during class.

We provide lockers and locks so you can secure your belongings during class.

We also ask that you refrain from talking to other participants during class.

We definitely want your “wooohoos” and positive shout outs, but try to save the general chit chat for after class.

This helps create a positive and focused experience for all class participants.
