New to HYPE?
Visiting a new studio or trying out a new workout can sometimes feel a bit daunting. We’ve put together some quick FAQs about what to expect when you visit the studio to help you prepare for your class.
If you’re new to the studio, please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can show you around and help you get set up properly for your class.
Are your classes for beginners?
Heck YES! HYPE Spin Studio is for all fitness levels. We encourage you to listen to your body and take a breather anytime you need to during class. If you need any modifications to your workout, please let your instructor know.
What should I bring?
Just bring your water bottle and make sure you’re dressed to sweat! We provide bikes and weights. We also have towels and clip-in shoes for your spin bike ready for you.
What ages can ride in the studio?
We offer classes to riders 16 and older. Anyone under 18 will need signed consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in a class.
How do I sign up for a class?

You can book your classes up to 10 days in advance.
Our booking platform is Punchpass, so you will be taken to HYPE Spin Studio’s Punchpass page.

What if I have to cancel a class?
We know life can get busy and plans can change, so we provide a six-hour window to cancel your class.
Cancelling a class less than six hours before its start time (or failing to arrive at a class you’ve booked) will result in losing a class pass, or an automatic charge of $15 if you are on an unlimited class pass.
This policy helps us maintain fair access to our classes.
